THERE IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘SPICE BLEND’ and ‘SEASONING’

Don’t get things mixed up.

When you hear ‘spice blend’ or ‘spices and herbs blend’, it is not the same as ‘seasoning’.

🛑 SPICES or SPICE BLENDS or SPICES AND HERBS BLEND are a mixture or blend of plant-based ingredients, including seeds, bark, roots, leaves, flowers and fruits, used to flavour, colour, and preserve food, while also providing medicinal and aromatic properties. (Examples of Spices and Herbs - Ginger, Garlic, Cloves, Thyme, Cinnamon, Basil etc.)

While

🛑 SEASONINGS are blends that contain spices and/or herbs PLUS OTHER THINGS.
Other things can include salt, seasoning cubes, tricalcium phosphate, soy, colourings, E621 (MSG), flavour enhancers, food dyes, FDC yellow 5, red lake 40, dextrose, corn flour and all sorts of unknown stuff.

So, don’t get them mixed up.👍

People buy both spices and seasonings a lot, but don’t really know the difference.

Some people are just concerned about their food being tasty, and will definitely go for seasonings over spices/spice blends.

🛑 What we sell at ROLIVES are spices and herbs blends, not seasonings.

Thank you, I hope you get the difference now?😊

Let us know if you get it.👌
